This form must be submitted by an adult sponsor if the hirer is less than 18 years of age.
Kindly follow all guidelines stated within the hall and on the website with regards to fire doors and serving hatch fire screen in the kitchen when leaving the premises.
Ensure main door is locked when leaving but do not set the deadlock.
