Once you have joined the scheme your road / area representative will ring you periodically asking if you need any heating oil. You can specify how much oil you need such as: a number of litres, a percentage of the tank filled, or filled right up. Your requirements will be consolidated with the rest of the community on the scheme and, on completion, a bulk tanker will deliver to you some time during the next couple of weeks.
