THE SIMPLEST METHOD to display your pictures, presentations, videos or documents is to bring your material on a USB stick to the Parish Hall and use our in-house high performance windows 10 laptop which includes full Microsoft Office facilities.
CONNECTING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT
We have direct HDMI cable connection at the back and front of the hall.
OR
The most versatile connection is via our in-house WiFi using our facility called "CLICKSHARE" when presenting from the front of the hall.
A small CLICKSHARE app programme has to be downloaded and installed on your device to use this facility.
Click on the web link below and install correct version for your equipment or if you allow time it can be installed while in the Parish Hall over our powerful in-house Wi-Fi.
(NOTE - If you are streaming high resolution video it is better to use a direct HDMI connections
at the front of the hall and from the back control cabinet) To connect

Note!....... for any laptops with a USB connection we also have an in-house USB dongle
that will load the related CLICKSHARE app directly
We also have people to help you connect devices to our projector on the day, if required.

To turn the projector off press cabinet projector button and button will flash for a while. When it stops flashing it is safe to turn the complete cabinet rack off with the three bottom rocker switches
