​USING THE MAIN HALL AUDIO & VISUAL DISPLAY EQUIPMENT



​The audio / visual control rack is housed in a cupboard next to the main hall entrance doors.  ​A door code will be given to hirers to gain access to the controls.  (see picture)
This audio / visual rack controls the following equipment:
Overhead projector 
Hall Speakers Sound Volume
Multimedia Sound Input Unit
Blue Ray DVD via Projector
Freesat TV via Projector
Radio Microphones
​The audio / visual control rack can interface and / or connect to USERS OWN EQUIPMENT
  • PC or Laptops - Windows, Apple
  • Tablets - Windo​ws, Apple or Android
  • Mobile Phones - Apple or Android
​Note - High Speed Fibre Broadband is available for internet @ (80 Mbps)
Prior to using any of the equipment you must:
  • Switch on the main power rocker switches at the base of the control rack Switches 1, 2 and 3  (see picture)
ONCE THE AUDIO / VISUAL RACK IS SWITCHED ON
